Pushing forward

This week has gone very well so far.

I continue on a 1200 ish calorie diet, and today I woke to weigh in at 178.8lbs.

Darm AWESOME as on Feb7th I weighed in at 188.

4 sessions of acupuncture complete and I move some better with less pain.

The start of better habits has begun!

Next week I start adding in exercise.
