Nothing like a good wake up call to get serious about being anything but frumpy .
On Tuesday February 7th I saw an Osteopathic Dr. Xrays showed bone on bone at my left knee.That explains the pain and swelling since July 2016.Why did I wait so long to see a Dr? Viewing those x rays and talking options, I settled it then and there.
Replacement is last resort! I have begun my journey to be 68lbs lighter before I turn 60. This is on October 21st 2017. I will also begin an exercise plan to build some upper body and core strength on Monday February 13th with Joshua Pratt as my coach. Acupuncture treatments twice a week started already.
My Husband doesn’t believe it will happen. I will make it happen. I start this at 5’2″ and 168lbs. Seems daunting and yet I am giving this my best.
